Pizza Dough

  • 3 tsp yeast
  • ½ cup lukewarm water
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 ⅓ cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp salt


Dissolve yeast in ½ cup lukewarm water.

When the yeast is bubbly, add all of the other ingredients. Knead until smooth.

Let rest for 15 minutes, then divide into 2-4 parts. Let rise for 1 hour if you can wait that long or just use right away and it will be fine. Make pizza sauce. Roll out for pizza & top with whatever you want.

You can bake it anywhere from 425 to 500 degrees or make into small pizzas and BBQ.
