Oatmeal Pancakes

  • 1 ⅛ cup milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour (white or whole wheat)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Mix milk and oats and let sit for at least 5 minutes.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Try not to mix too much but if batter is too thin let it sit a bit longer.
