Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes with or without the skin on until soft. Or you can steam them.

Mash them up with and add a bit of butter.

Add milk or half and half. Just enough to make them creamy. Add a little salt. You can add spices too like garlic or onion powder if you like.

*Hot tip: You can mash them with a potato masher (obvs) or you can put them in the mixer and mash them with the paddle attachment. Voila!

*Did you know that you can put little mounds or fancy shapes onto a greased cookie sheet and brown them? You could even top them with a little cheese.
