- 3 ½ cups oats
- 2 cups seeds and nuts (If you don’t have them just use more oats)
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put all ingredients into a baking pan and mix as best you can. Place pan in oven. Mix again once everything gets melty. Continue to mix every so often and keep an eye on it so granola doesn’t burn. Take out of the oven when it is nice and toasty. Add dried fruit and coconut if you like. Cool and store in an airtight container.
