Foccacia

 Make pizza dough:
  • 3 tsp yeast
  • ½ cup lukewarm water
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 ⅓ cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp salt

Dissolve yeast in ½ cup lukewarm water.
When the yeast is bubbly, add all of the other ingredients. Knead until smooth.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Roll or press onto a baking sheet. Make indentations all over the dough with your fingers. Drizzle with olive oil. You can also add things like:
Garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, olives, sun dried tomatoes, etc.
Bake at 475 degrees.
